In 2023, I joined the METTLER TOLEDO NextGen Graduate Trainee-Program and rapidly acquired insights into the company. I valued the unique opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams and gain hands-on experience:

Rotation 1: Laboratory Weighing (LabTec)
Here, I gained a deep understanding of product management for the Excellence Balance line. I worked on topics such as product launches, pricing strategies for the new balance line, marketing materials, and competition analysis.

Rotation 2: Swiss Market Organization (MT-CH)
At the Swiss market organization, I gained valuable insights into our customers. I planned a marketing campaign for the life sciences market, worked on optimizing the scheduling of our service technicians, and had the opportunity to practice my sales skills.

Rotation 3: Analytical (MTANA)
In my last rotation, I focused more on my life sciences background as a business developer. I worked on a project to restructure the life sciences product portfolio while simultaneously evaluating the feasibility of bringing a new sensor to market.
