How the Program Works

Progressing through the MOVE – International Leadership Program, you will participate in global projects and benefit from ongoing training and personalized coaching and mentoring from our senior leaders. Rotations will last approximately 12 to 18 months depending on your development and business needs.

Once you apply and are selected for a MOVE position, the first rotation of the program starts on that METTLER TOLEDO location. We have MOVE positions in the following functional areas: Sales, Service, Business Development, Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Marketing.

International assignment

Build and expand your network
The second program rotation will be your international transfer: You will be working at another location in Europe or the United States in a challenging extended role that will further develop your talent.

First leadership role

Build leadership experience
In the third rotation, you will take up a leadership role or project management role as the first milestone of your leadership career with us. You will afterwards be ready to take on more responsibility and expand your leadership scope.

Local Process

Your first point of contact will be our Talent Acquisition team. After that, you will be interviewed by the hiring unit leadership team.

Assessment

We conduct an online assessment for our candidates and you will benefit from a personalized debriefing with a specialized consultant.

International Validation

The final step of our selection process is an interview with regional leadership.
