Start your international career and develop yourself as a leader at METTLER TOLEDO.

What are we looking for?

  • Above all, you convince us with your mindset: You have already shown that you can inspire, motivate and enthuse others. Through private/voluntary work, internships and first jobs, you have demonstrated your leadership qualities
  • You have already gained some professional experience (e.g. in sales, product management, project management, supply chain of a technology-oriented company) but are still at the beginning of your career
  • You have already spent a few months abroad and are enthusiastic about traveling and living internationally
  • You bring excellent communication skills in English and at least one other another foreign language. (e.g. German, French or Spanish)
How the Program Works

Progressing through the MOVE – International Leadership Program, you will participate in global projects and benefit from ongoing training and personalized coaching and mentoring from our senior leaders. Rotations will last approximately 12 to 18 months depending on your development and business needs.

Starting position

Build up and expand expertise

The first phase of the program will take place at a METTLER TOLEDO location in your home country. You will start with the first program rotation in one of the functional areas: Sales, Service, Business Development, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Marketing.

International assignment

Build and expand your network

The second phase will be your transfer phase: You will be working at another location in Europe or the United States in a challenging extended role that will further develop your talent.

First leadership role

Build leadership experience

In the third phase of the program, you will take on a management role or extensive project responsibility role as an important next step in your management career with us. You will then be able to take on more responsibility and expand your scope of leadership.

Local Process

Your first point of contact will be our Talent Acquisition team. After that, you will be interviewed by the hiring unit leadership team.


We conduct an online assessment for our candidates and you will benefit from a personalized debriefing with a specialized consultant.

International Validation

The final step of our selection process is an interview with regional leadership.
