Mathematical evaluation features include:

Reliable Automation
High Sample Throughput with Automatic Evaluation Dramatically Improves Efficiency

The EvalMacro feature in the base software speeds up repetitive tasks and eliminates operator bias. For example, when performing repeat experiments, you can program the same type of evaluation to be automatically performed each time, saving time and effort for all your operators. In addition, results can be compared graphically and automatically evaluated to ensure they lie within predefined limits, with an optional Pass/Fail statement displayed.

By combining EvalMacro with the QC option, you can automatically track product quality over time, compare curves to previous evaluations, and automatically transfer results to material-specific tables. Statistics are displayed for each table, allowing any deviations to be tracked over time. Evaluation, assessment, and data transfer to the statistics table can be fully automated in the method, and data can easily be exported to Excel.

Time-Saving FlexCal™ Calibration
Automatic Adjustment for Accurate Measurement Results

FlexCal is a unique tool that reduces the time needed for instrument adjustment by storing adjustment parameters for each combination of module, crucible, and gas type in a database. Depending on the method, the module applies the correct adjustment parameters, even if the gas type is switched during the measurement.

If there are no adjustment parameters in the database, mathematically estimated parameters are applied based on known properties of the crucible and gas type. No extra adjustment is necessary, saving valuable time for the operator.
